Terms and conditions
Dear guests,
Our desire is to offer you an unforgettable experience. For this, we have established a series of rules that I respectfully ask you to take into account both during the time, but also after your stay in our unit has ended.
Accommodation:
Each person’s accommodation is made by completing the arrival announcement form based on the identity document.
Reservations
To make a reservation, please complete the form on our website www.casa-monrev.ro, on www.booking.com, call the phone numbers 0730 078 916 or contact us on the e-mail address rez@casa-monrev.ro
Cancellation of reservations
If you wish to cancel a reservation, you must contact us by email or telephone.
For cancellations made up to 30 days before the arrival date, no additional charge will be charged. Cancellation of the reservation less than 30 days before the arrival date or the non-presentation at the accommodation entails a cancellation / no-show fee, representing the value of the first night of accommodation.

Payment methods
As payment methods we accept cash payments, with credit / debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), as well as by bank transfer.
Arrival and departure
Accommodation in the room can be done starting at 16:00.
The room will be released on the day of departure until 12:00.
Receiving the room earlier, but also delivering it later than the hours mentioned above, is possible upon request, depending on availability.
children
Children of all ages are welcome. Children between 0 and 7 years old are free. Upon request a free crib can be provided for children between 0 and 3 years (leaflet).
There are no additional costs for children up to 7 years old who stay in the room with their parents, using existing beds.
Upon request an extra bed can be offered depending on availability, the cost being 70 lei / night, additionally at room price.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at the Mon Reve House.
Restaurant and bar
Breakfast is continental, full breakfast and is served daily from 7:00 to 10:00.
We provide at your discretion coffee and tea.
Smoking
Because we promote an eco-responsible attitude, smoking is not allowed in the rooms or on the balcony.
Smoking is allowed only in the special space arranged on the terrace in front of the pension.
Parking space
Parking is free and subject to availability.
Safety of personal items
Please do not leave your goods unattended in the common areas. We do not accept responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen items inside the pension.
Environmental protection policy
Environmental protection is a permanent concern for us, which is why we promote an eco-responsible attitude.
A saving of the detergents implies a better conservation of the environment. Therefore, for reservations longer than three nights, we will change linens and towels every three days, or at your request. To signal your desire to change linens or towels, please leave them on the floor.
Loyalty programs
We reserve the right to grant different bonuses and additional services, without payment, in order to keep our clients loyal.
Code of conduct
The pension staff will always welcome their guests with kindness and will do their best to fulfill any request from them. In the event that a guest or a visitor, by its appearance, behavior or state, will cause unpleasant incidents, disturbing the other guests and thus affecting the image of the unit, it will be promptly invited to leave the premises. In this regard, Casa Mon Reve reserves the right to select its guests.
Disputes and complaints
We reserve the right to charge the debit / credit card of our guests, regardless of their will, in the following cases: when the guest leaves without paying his payment note, when it is demonstrated, without any doubt, that the guest has caused material damages within the unit, when the guest leaves the unit with objects that do not belong to them and which he did not pay, or when the guest did not cancel the reservation within the period established according to the cancellation policies.
We will try to amicably resolve any controversy, dispute or complaint that may arise as a result of applying our unit policies. If this is not possible, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent authorities.
Final terms
We consider that our guests, at the time of accommodation or when requesting any service at Casa Mon Reve, have become aware of and have accepted the above terms and conditions.
Modifications of the hotel policy
The hotel policy can be modified without prior notification. Any changes will be notified to the guests upon their entry into force.
